Construction progress to date
Exciting news—we've officially broken ground, and construction has begun on both our dream home and barn! It's thrilling (and admittedly a little chaotic) having both projects moving forward simultaneously, but every day brings visible progress that makes it all worth it.

So far, the basement blocks have been laid, and everything is securely wrapped in a vapor barrier, protecting our future home from moisture. Over at the barn site, we've completed excavation, and after two large trucks delivered all the building materials from Menards (I've never had a receipt from a single purchase that was this long!), the first posts are officially up.
